Experienced A&P Mechanics

+ Qualifications:

  • Must have FAA A&P License.
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Must pass contingency of hire: DOT drug test.
  • Practical knowledge of navigating aircraft airframe and engine schematics.
  • Previous general aviation experience required.
  • Corporate Jet experience required (CJ3 and/or Learjet 55 /60).
  • Experience in repositioning aircraft utilizing ground support.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb, stoop, bend, and lay on floor.
  • Must possess basic computer skills.
  • Must provide personal tools necessary to perform general routine maintenance on aircraft.

+ Compensation and Benefits:

  • $28.00 to &40.00 per hour.
  • Relocation assistance available.

+ Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing: maintenance, repairs, inspections, and alterations of company and outside customer operated aircraft and articles as assigned in accordance with Air Associates’ policies and procedures. Ensures company operational goals and objectives are met, while guaranteeing all aircraft maintenance documentation is executed in compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies and procedures, and applicable maintenance manuals.

Experienced CJ3 and Learjet Pilots

+ Qualifications:

  • Total Time: 3000 HRS, PIC: 1500HRS, 500 HRS Multi, ATP
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must reside in the Kansas City Metro area or be willing to relocate.
  • Must be able to complete a training program, demonstrating proficiency with job requirements.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Pass a TSA & PRIA Background Check.
  • Previous FAR 135 Experience Preferred.
  • Must pass contingency of hire: DOT drug test.
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
  • CE525 type rating preferred.

+ Compensation and Benefits:

  • From $120,000 a year.
  • Relocation assistance available.
  • Sign-on bonus: $5,000.
  • Thanksgiving and Christmas off.
  • Bonus pay for working days off and holidays.
  • Bonus pay for flying over 14 days per month.

+ Responsibilities:

  • Must meet duty time limitations, rest requirements, be qualified, current, properly dressed, and possess all required certificates, licenses, and permits.
  • Assist during all phases of flight in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assume primary responsibility for the safety of the passengers, crewmembers, cargo, and the airplane.
  • Must comply with all Federal Aviation Regulations, Company Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, Standard Operating Procedures, and Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Update flight and duty records, determine eligibility for the next flight assignment and ensure any aircraft maintenance discrepancies are reported in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Participate proactively in safety and quality systems by identifying, reporting and mitigating hazards and quality issues; providing timely input to management; and applying systems processes to address quality and safety issues.
  • Must maintain First Class Medical.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by the Chief Pilot or higher authority.
